| 摘要 |
The aim of this study is to design a program for presentation of prescriptive exercise basing on the popular in Japan Radio Physical Fitness Exercise by using MATLAB software. As a result， theory and algorithm of designing exercise models for prescriptive exercise were established. Exercise models for various kinds of exercise were designed. And the effectiveness of the suggested exercise model was validated. |
