"In the “super-advanced age and fewer children” society sustainable KAIZEN is indispensable. Ergoma Approach is thought very useful in improvement planning from both “hard” and ”Soft” standpoints because it grasps problems from multilateral viewpoints. In this paper is described， using the practice case， the importance of both the “hard” part and the “soft” part of KAIZEN， which contributes to the creation of workplaces against aging， and also its problems awaiting solution." |
