摘要 |
The stakeholders of an organization are concerned with its productivity while the majority of its workers tend, today, to be concerned with their quality of working lives. To meet with the desire of both the two groups, the performance of the organization should be efficient and effective. Based on the literature, the present study attempts to find the essential factors in the course of work systems designing for the work systems to be effective and effective. Macro-ergonomics and ecological approaches are briefly introduced and reviewed. It is proposed that the importance of participative and ecological approaches may contribute to the designing of the work system that satisfies the productivity and quality of work life. |
